MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTORS

Daniel Noone (B.Sc. Geology, MBA) – Chairman & Interim CEO
Mr. Noone has more than 20 years of international mineral exploration and development experience ranging from implementing grass roots programs through to feasibility studies. He is currently the VP Exploration and Director of G2 Goldfields Inc. Prior to this he was the VP of Peruvian Operations for Aquiline Resources Inc., which was acquired by Pan American Silver Corp. in January 2010. Mr. Noone has held various senior geologist roles managing projects in Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Peru, Ecuador and Argentina. He holds a degree in geology from Ballarat University and an MBA from Melbourne University.

Yajian Wang ( CPA/CMA, MBA, & MSci.) – CFO

Ms.Wang holds a degree of Master of Applied Science, enterprise systems engineering, from the University of Waterloo; and a degree of Master of Business Administration, Financial and Accounting; from Wilfrid Laurier University; Waterloo, Canada. She has 25 years of financial and accounting experience.

Harry Burgess (P.Eng) – Director
Mr. Burgess is a mining engineer and a co-founder of Micon International Limited. He now serves as an Associate Consultant, on a part time basis to Micon. Mr. Burgess has  B. Sc. degrees in both Mechanical and Mining Engineering. Mr. Burgess has been engaged in consulting since 1980.  His prior operating experience includes senior positions in the copper industry of Zambia and gold mining in South Africa. In Zambia, Mr. Burgess held management positions with both technical and production responsibility. In South Africa, he was responsible for the introduction of mechanized mining systems to the gold mines of Anglo-American Corporation in the Orange Free State. Mr. Burgess has particular experience in the monitoring to completion of mining projects for banks and financial institutions. He is a member of public company boards and also technical advisory committees.

Bruce E. Rosenberg ( LL.B) – Director
Mr. Rosenberg has been practicing law in Ontario since 1980. He has extensive experience as a corporate lawyer and commercial litigator. Mr. Rosenberg has acted as legal counsel for several TSX listed junior mining companies and serves on the Board of Directors of three Canadian charitable foundations.

Greg Duncan (B.Sc. Geology ) – Business Development Australia
Mr. Duncan specializes in exploration management and stakeholder relations.

He is a geologist with 20 years of exploration experience for base metals, gold, diamonds, industrial minerals and uranium. Mr. Duncan has managed exploration programs in Arnhem Land and Northern Australia for the last decade. He commenced his career as a mine geologist at Mt. Isa Mines.

Mr. Duncan has successfully negotiated Indigenous Access agreements with Traditional Land Owners (TLO’s) in the Northern Territory and Queensland.

Commencing in 2002 with a zinc exploration program at Bulman in central Arnhem, Mr. Duncan developed a deep interest in Aboriginal Culture and a working knowledge of a local language.

Mr. Duncan has listed two public companies in Australia, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company directors.

Mr. Duncan is currently based in Brisbane, Australia, and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Craig Parry (B.Sc, Geology) – Director 

Mr. Parry has over 18 years’ experience in the resources sector with a number of companies including Rio Tinto and Oxiana Minerals. Currently Mr. Parry is the President and Chief Executive Officer of IsoEnergy Ltd.

Mr. Parry is a co-founder of EMR Capital and former senior advisor to the Fund. He was a co-founder of the Tigers Realm Group and was appointed to the Boards of Tigers Realm Minerals, Tigers Realm Metals and NexGen Energy Ltd. (as it then was prior to the Qualifying Transaction) in 2011. Mr. Parry was appointed to the role of CEO of Tigers Realm Coal in 2012.

Mr. Parry, as an exploration and business development geologist, was responsible for the business development activities of the Tigers Realm Group since inception in 2008.

Prior to joining Tigers Realm, Mr. Parry was the Business Development Manager for G-Resources Limited responsible for mergers and acquisitions and Principal Geologist – New Business at Oxiana Limited responsible for strategy and business development initiatives in bulk and energy commodities.

Mr Parry started his career with Rio Tinto where he led exploration programs for iron ore, copper, diamonds, coal and bauxite in Australia, Asia and South America and was Principal Geologist for the Kintyre Uranium project pre-feasibility study.

Mr. Parry holds an Honours Degree in Geology and is a Member of the AusIMM.
